This Privacy Policy explains how Geme Creator Studio collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users manage TikTok content through our service.

1. Information we collect

We collect application account details and information a user explicitly authorizes through TikTok OAuth, including TikTok user identifiers, public profile details, profile statistics, public video information, access tokens, and refresh tokens. We also process videos, captions, publishing settings, and activity logs submitted by the user. We do not request or store TikTok passwords.

2. How we use information

Information is used only to provide account authorization, video upload and publishing, scheduling, publishing status, account analytics, and security auditing. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.

3. TikTok data and sharing

The service uses TikTok official APIs. We transmit only the data necessary to perform actions requested by the user. TikTok's own policies also apply to data processed by TikTok.

4. Storage and security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Configuration and logs are protected by server access controls. We use HTTPS, session protections, authorization boundaries, and least-privilege access.

5. Retention, revocation, and deletion

We retain data only while needed to provide the service. Users can revoke access in TikTok settings and may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. New API operations stop after authorization is revoked.

6. Service availability

The service is hosted in Singapore and is intended only for regions where TikTok services are officially available. It is not offered to users located in mainland China.
